ALEXANDER NOVAK MET WITH THE MINISTER OF ENERGY, INDUSTRY AND MINERAL RESOURCES OF SAUDI ARABIA KHALID A. AL-FALIH.

The Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, Alexander Novak, met with the Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Khalid Al-Falih, on the fields of the International Forum “Russian Energy Week”.

Alexander Novak noted the intensity of meetings with his Saudi counterpart: the ministers met for the 11th time in a year.

“We see the ever-growing interest of Russian companies in establishing closer ties with Saudi partners. This is especially important in the light of the responsible role that our countries play in the regional and international arena, especially in the energy sector, ”said Alexander Novak.

The Russian minister also added that the largest Russian oil and gas companies are actively involved in the development of fields in Saudi Arabia.
